Frequently Asked Questions
How do you price a painting job?
We quote against scope, never against the client. Every quote is itemised in writing — surfaces, coats, paint line, and prep — and tied to our written workmanship warranty. The bands on /pricing are the honest truth. You never pay more because you can afford to.
Do you handle small painting jobs?
Yes. The smallest job we take gets the same standard as the largest. A single accent wall is masked, cut, and two-coated to exactly the finish a whole-home repaint gets — because the standard is the standard.
How long does an interior repaint take?
A typical room is one to two days, a full main floor three to five. We give you a written window before we start and hold to it. We would rather quote an honest week than sell you a day we cannot keep.
What paint do you use, and how many coats?
Premium low-VOC and zero-VOC lines — Benjamin Moore and Sherwin-Williams — matched to the room's wear and light. Two full coats over proper primer is the minimum on every wall, never a thin single pass to save a gallon.
Are you insured, and what is warrantied?
$5M general liability and WCB-covered crews — certificates on request before any work begins. Every coat is backed by our written workmanship warranty: up to 8 years on exterior work, in writing on the invoice. If it peels, flakes, or fails, we return at zero cost.
How do I start?
Send three or four photos of the space through the booking form. You receive a written estimate within 24 hours. No sales call, no pressure, no walkthrough required to get a number. The next step is entirely yours.
